I'm an award-winning, results-driven, research-based design leader who inspires teams and helps global brands build the best products. I've designed for real estate, social, financial services, security, and education — working with startups, venture-backed, private-equity-funded, and public companies around the world.

My focus is zero-to-one: defining product vision and AI strategy, standing up design and research practices, and shipping products that grow into real scale. I founded ADP's Innovation Lab, led Twitter's creator-revenue platform, and now help define Zillow's multi-year AI roadmap for generative media and agentic experiences.

I lead with research, align design to business strategy, and care most about the numbers a product actually moves — adoption, revenue, and trust. My background in architecture still shapes how I think about structure, systems, and the experience of moving through a space.
